Are You Able to Hold One Moment?

Holding a moment in life, builds happiness and transforms others and you!  Try it today.  It’s free!

I believe this is also talked about in Brendon Burchard’s book, The Motivation Manifesto.  

We know happiness is built in our experiences in life.

It’s great to use when you’re leaving the house.  Go back to your loved one, child, spouse, partner and/or anyone, and simply tell them you love them one more time intently lking them in the eye holding that moment for 1 more second.

How hard is that?

When in a transitional moment even leaving a room, give that loved one a hug and/or express how much they mean to you. Hold that moment in time.

I was in a hurry the other day after exercising (aren’t we all), and simply held a moment with my 1 year old standard poodle Ziggy.  

You can do this & should in any transitional moment in life.

Implement it today and make the ‘small ‘ stuff count!

When you lk forward with your eyes at the horizon, when you visualize forward like motorcycle  riding with smooth transitions from acceleration to braking, from braking to turning, getting off the throttle, on the brakes, beginning to turn the motorcycle, getting on the gas or even how you See ‍by Faith in life (Heb. 12:1-2 ...let us run with patience the race that is set before us,  Looking unto Jesus...), you...

When it really boils down to it, we're mud and energy!  

... (and we should cut each other a little more slack!)...

What are we not?

We're not:  Our Bling, cars, houses, color, better, worse,... Blah Blah Blah...

To the core you are you!  I am Me.  We need a good shot in the arm of Caring!  Make one moment to show someone matters TODAY because Hey!!  We're all struggling to make it!  

Also...

I'm not ignorant to this STUFF!  Stuff does shape us!  What and Who's shaping you?  What and Who are you giving permission to shape you?  Choose wisely!

'R we reading Crap?  Crap in.  Crap out!  Pick wisely!

Be MindFULL about this!

Seek what matters and feel true Success come upon you.  Being open to new relationships, being vulnerable cause we may get hurt but that’s ok!  This is the good stuff.  

Hug OoOooO and Tell!  That’s right!   Matter fact I think tomorrow I’m going to have a contest of how many people I can hug and authentically tell what they mean to me!  

Watch your energy explode!  By doing these good works!  This isn’t fluff it’s real when you apply it!

Laughter that is and one other thing, too, but first...

While I was in the middle of getting my CHPC at Brendon Burchard's Certified High Performance Coaching Training surrounded by such great hearts & minds which can be intimidating if given permission, I thought about this...

You know, when we laugh , endorphins and many other health building chemicals in our bodies are released!  A University of Maryland study linked laughter to healthy blood vessels lowering the risk of heart attacks!

Also, laughter lights up our ’s pre-frontal cortexes which are where Our Best Selves Live !

Thus, Laughter Truly is Medicine !  

It's even Biblical.  In Proverbs 17:22 it states, "A merry heart doth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones."  

You know our bone marrow is in the core our bones and responsible for making red blood cells which carry oxygen - Our Life Blood!
