Alzheimer's, dementia and other brain disorders are increasing at an alarming rate. Â It's just a fact that we're a sedentary nation. Â We need to move our bodies for our brain's sake.
If you need more motivation, read the book "Spark". Â
Rain or shine, get outside and move daily. Â You'll not only feel your metabolism increase, but your mind will be sharper for it, too! Â
So go put in the work, and Be that shining light today!
