Add These 2 Habits To Decrease Brain Fog

Let's do some form of body movement everyday!  Here are 2 thoughts:

  1. Consistent 30-45 minute walks 7 days/week no matter what the weather is need to be our foundation. Commit to it today not tomorrow.  This along with fresh air and the change in weather challenges our bodies, minds and sharpens our brain function.
  2. Sprints, jumping rope, short bursts of exercises on a bike or something similar are excellent to do twice a week for 15-20 minutes. You can research this more by checking out ballistic training.

Alzheimer's, dementia and other brain disorders are increasing at an alarming rate.  It's just a fact that we're a sedentary nation.  We need to move our bodies for our brain's sake.

If you need more motivation, read the book "Spark".

Rain or shine, get outside and move daily.  You'll not only feel your metabolism increase, but your mind will be sharper for it, too!

So go put in the work, and Be that shining light today!

Long Live Mercy!

Dear God, forgive me of my wrongs, forgive those who've wronged me, help me forgive, help those forgive me that I've wronged and help me go forward accordingly. In Jesus Name I Pray.

Forgiveness & Mercy are Biblical & proven. When we extend it in our relationships the hormone oxytocin is released.  This is linked to extending our lives physically in years (more so in males than females).

How we converse and act towards each other doesn't need to be perfect, just infused with heavy doses of Mercy.

While your knuckles are dragging on the ground, walk gently in this life with all its strife!

With Love
