We hope that you have had a great week and are ready for a nice enjoyable weekend with family and friends! We here at EC have just a few announcements and tips we would like to share with you, as we go into this holiday weekend.
Office Closing
We would like to let you know that the office will be closed this Monday (Sep. 6th) and Tuesday (Sep. 7th) in observance the Labor Day weekend. We will reopen on Wednesday (Sep. 8th) at normal business hours (8:30 am-12:00 pm and 2:00 pm-6:00 pm). We hope you have an enjoyable and safe weekend!

Now more than ever, we need to be mindful of our spiritual, mental and physical health in the information war we are in. You may already know, but I went to Arizona 2 years ago and acquired my Certified High Performance Coach license.
I grew up with my Dad not around. My Mom, my Aunt and my community in Cambridge, IL, raised me so I was always looking to others to figure things out. I have never stopped searching. Ironically, Jack LaLanne was one person that I looked up to in 6th grade and I recently just found out he was a Chiropractor, too. I believe this desire to always want to learn, helped me find Certified High Performance Coaching and a few other things, too.
So what is Certified High Performance Coaching? It is guidance and coaching that helps us succeed beyond standard norms consistently over the long-term, while maintaining positive well-being and relationships.
Certified High Performance Coaching takes you beyond your normal standards and helps you reach more potential in your intimate connections with your spouse, children, family, friends and others. I help you get more clarity, emotional confidence, tap into more energy, be more productive, and improve your health physically, financially, and spiritually.
It is my job to holistically look at your life so you're hitting all levels of high performance. So if you are not hitting one of them, let's say finances, then you can deal with this better because you have high levels of relationships, purpose, health and other things going for you. We are more than just our jobs! Ultimately, I help guide you to create your own road map in life.

Standard Process - Ward off viruses!
Standard Process and MediHerb have several products that can help you during these seasons of colds and viruses! However, this week, we would like to spotlight one in particular, Viranon.

Viranon is an immune support formula containing Thuja, St John’s Wort and Licorice to support the body’s normal resistance function. These herbs have been traditionally used in herbal preparations to:
