• Why that number?
• If it's lower than you'd like - what's holding you back?
• If it's high - what are you doing right? (Celebrate those wins!)
The thing is... caring is a three-way street:
How you care for YOURSELF
How you let others care for YOU
How you care for OTHERS
And honestly? Most of us are stronger in one area than the others.
