When you think about transforming your potential into extraordinary results, we're like a rock sitting still. We have tremendous potential, but potential does nothing until it moves. Today's goals are simple but powerful:

The 4 Questions That Transform Your Physiology

Question 1: How have you felt energetically these past six weeks?

Write this out honestly. How has your energy been? And more importantly, why do you think that's so? Understanding the "why" behind your energy levels is the first step to changing them.

 

Question 2: Since our Energy session, have you made any changes in your health or diet that have affected your energy?

If you can't think of where to start, pick something - pick one thing today and make a change with it. Here's something simple: Every 50 to 75 minutes, stand up, move, breathe, stretch. That's something we all can do.

 

Here's a powerful technique: Simply close your eyes, take deep breaths, and blow out slowly. This affects your vagus nerve tone, which is huge for heart rate variability - one of the most important things for our health. Pick one thing and commit to it.

 

Question 3: How do you carry yourself?

This is where it gets interesting. How you carry yourself affects your physiology and energy tremendously. It plays a big part in how you feel AND how others see you.

 

Tony Robbins mentions a fascinating study in "Money: Master the Game" about doing a Superman or Wonder Woman pose for just one minute every day. Standing in that powerful pose can decrease cortisol by 10-20%. Amazing, right? Great posture literally helps decrease stress hormones.

 

Here are some specific physiology tips:

 

Your Eyes and Posture:

  • Where your eyes go, you go
  • Keep your eyes at the horizon level
  • For computer work: position your screen so the center is at your horizon when sitting
  • For standing desks: adjust so the screen center is at horizon level when standing
 

This simple adjustment changes your physiology immediately.

 

Your Voice: Are you using your voice? If you're whispering all the time and not projecting, that builds low energy. Use your voice - it's a gift. Project confidence through how you speak.

 

Your Gestures: When you use your hands to explain yourself, combined with good posture, you're expressing the best self that's in you. Use arm gestures and movements to get your points across.

 

Your Expressions: Have you ever walked into a room where someone's smiling at you? You can't help but smile back. It's reciprocal. A smile on your face changes your physiology and affects others positively.

 

Question 4: What does your best self look like to others?

Remember those three words that define who you are from our clarity session? Think about your best self. If someone else was looking down at you, what would your posture look like? How would you carry yourself?

 

This is huge. Think about how others see you and how you see yourself.

 

The Big Decision Question

Here's something to consider: Are you on the cusp of a big decision? We should be making big choices and decisions every day. Or are you letting scrolling through pages and watching silly videos waste your day?

 

This is about creating your best self. If you're feeling stuck, have low energy, or have lost that zeal for life, the tools we're discussing can pull you out of it.
